The room was spacious and well-kept, providing a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep.

The place is wonderful and has awesome location down to restaurant. The staff are accommodating and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The room is huge and cool with even better Amenities and the microwave and refridgerator. The 

The hotel itself was modern, the breakfast was complimentary and nice hot. There where a laptop-size safe, TV, and a microwave in the room, greatly enjoyed that. The stuff were all caring and attentive. Food in the amazing restaurant

Exceptionally comfortable beds, a seating area, a writing desk and ironing facilities in the room. My stay was really great, and the entire staff was welcoming.

This place was fantastic, the staff were extremely friendly, and the room had great amenities, such as a king suite with a laptop-compatible safe and a living area, resulting in an excellent stay.

The shuttle service to and from the airport and the shuttle service from the Mall of America was very unreliable. The bus did not come in the afternoon one day and it happened to be very warm. No explanation was given for why the shuttle did not appear as scheduled.

The location was great, the bed was comfortable, the staff was helpful, and we were lucky to have a brand-new room with bathtubs.

I enjoyed the cook to order breakfast in the morning which was included in the room price. I also enjoyed the manager's reception in the evening with complimentary drinks and snacks.

The location was great - only 5 minutes to the Mall of America. Cocktail hour was very nice and the breakfast was good. The room was ok. A small roach was seen on the wall which I killed.

I noticed a roach in the room. It was small and I know these things happen. I did not report it.
